Effective date: September 22, 2026
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Brothers United LLC website and your purchase of auto parts and logistics services from Brothers United LLC ("we," "us"). By using our website, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. All content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Brothers United LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. We try to keep information accurate, but product availability, descriptions and prices can change without notice.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise and depend on part availability or truck capacity at the time you confirm. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required by law.
Orders and payment
- An order is accepted once we confirm it and receive payment.
- We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods we confirm in writing.
- We may cancel any order because of pricing errors, unavailable stock or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment received.
Vehicle fitment
You are responsible for giving us the correct year, make, model, engine size, drivetrain and VIN. We check fitment using the information you provide. We are not responsible for incompatibility caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Shipping and delivery of parts
Parts ship by freight carrier to the address you give us. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the part is delivered. Commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift may receive lower rates; residential delivery may require a liftgate at additional cost.
Logistics services
- Shippers must describe freight accurately, including weight, dimensions, commodity and any special handling needs, and must package freight properly for transport.
- Each shipment moves under a bill of lading. Carrier liability for loss or damage is limited as stated on the bill of lading, the carrier's tariff and applicable federal law, unless additional coverage is purchased in advance.
- Accessorial charges such as detention, layover, liftgate, lumper, re-delivery and truck-ordered-not-used fees apply when incurred and will be itemized on your invoice.
- We do not transport hazardous materials unless agreed in writing in advance.
Warranty and returns
Warranty coverage and returns are governed by our Return policy, which forms part of these Terms. Except for that written warranty, parts are sold "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brothers United LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including labor, towing, rental vehicles, lost profits or downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the part or service that gave rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Brothers United LLC against claims arising from your misuse of our website, incorrect information you provide, improper installation of parts, or freight you tender that is misdescribed or improperly packaged.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
